PRAII’s mission is to establish a third-country, non-political AI talent ecosystem across the Pacific Rim — where emerging researchers and engineers can:
- Acquire shared AI ethics foundations
- Develop cross-cultural communication proficiency
- Learn global AI governance frameworks
- Understand export control compliance
- Participate in transparent, globally shared AI safety practices
This “AI convergence zone” functions as a buffer, stabilizer, and bridge among competing global models of AI development.
